Aes laboratories (p) ltd, started as a small laboratory, in the name of associated engineering services, with a capacity to test limited parameters for lubricating oils, in 1982. it was one of the first laboratories in india to provide such services. the laboratory services were gradually expanded to include, environmental testing and in 1989 it was rechristened as aes testing & research laboratories, to reflect its field of activities. in the nineties the laboratory started the analysis of food products. the laboratory further expanded in the field of material testing in the year 2000 and became a private limited company in 2004, after it merged with one of the group companies m/s paryacon engineers (p) ltd, engaged in providing consultancy in the field of environment. the laboratory was originally located at okhla, delhi, but in 1990 it moved to its own spacious premises in the greens of noida, a part of national capital region. it was accredited by nabl in 1998. today it is one of the leading laboratories in india, equipped with highly sophisticated instruments, managed by highly qualified professionals and providing analytical services in the field of environment, petroleum, materials, food, microbiology and chemicals, to national and international customers.
