Pioneer in manufacturing of flexible packaging materials, based in kanpur, with the object to provide quality packaging materials to corporate as well as comparatively to small industries. accumen (formerly keymen) was incorporated in the year 1999 and in its first phase, the company has setup the plant at dada nagar, kanpur. keeping the motive to provide our customers with the best of the materials, manufactured on the latest machines, equipped with the ultra-modern technologies. for your reference, we would like to put into your kind knowledge that, at present, our unit is equipped with all ultra-modern sophisticated machines such as state of art rotogravure printing machines (4 nos.), one solvent base laminator, four slitters and ten pouch-making machines which on the whole, amounts to a production capacity of 3600 m. tons per annum. moreover, in addition to above, we have installed solvent-less lamination machine of nordmeccanica group, italy, who is original & no.1 in the world, in producing such type of solvent-less lamination machines with latest technologies. this solvent-less technology is a boon to food-industry because by the use of this machine, as the name suggests, lamination is done without using of any solvents/chemical or chemicals are left on the packed material. due to which quality of the packed material is maintained and no odors/smell of packing material in addition to the above, our company has installed the state of art machines at new facility at rania which is equipped with high speed 9 colors 55”fully automatic printing machines equipped with all latest, imported japanese equipment’s. 2 high speed lamination machine (nordmeccanica group, italy). high end slitters with the speed of 450m per min 1 multilayer machine –windsor make with auto dozing and auto gauge control system directly imported from conair-usa our capacity has increased to 12000 m ton per annum, one of the highest in north india.
