We make sure you understand what permissions are needed to make EasyLeadz work how you want. We keep you informed about the data that the EasyLeadz app requires to function best for you. You can always deactivate these permissions in the app or on your device at any time.

Contact Access

  • To use our Mr. E by EasyLeadz contact finder app. It’s also needed to know if you have the contact in your phonebook, if not we create and save that contact in your contact book as a part of the app feature.
  • To send referral invites to join others, you can opt to send SMS to your contacts, its optional if you chose to do so.

1. Introduction

SponsifyMe Technologies Private Limited (“Mr. E by EasyLeadz”, “Mr. E”, “EasyLeadz”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to those who visit the Website owned and operated by SponsifyMe Technologies Private Limited, as well as users of our Service(s). This Privacy Policy describes how EasyLeadz collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. The use of information collected through our Service(s) shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Customer has engaged EasyLeadz. Please note however that EasyLeadz shall not be the controller of the third-party data you may submit to our Service, i.a. the personal data you process within your CRMs, e-mail communication, etc. which may be integrated with our Service upon your decision and subject to the Terms of Service. We process such information within the Service solely in the processor’s role and – depending on the scope of your activity you may be the data controller. For example, when you choose to connect your e-mail account with our system, EasyLeadz may collect additional information from you, including the content of your e-mail messages, your contacts, and entries in any calendars associated with your e-mail account. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS TO CONNECT YOUR E-MAIL TO OUR SERVICES. BY CONNECTING A WORK E-MAIL TO OUR SYSTEM, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED ALL NECESSARY CONSENT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER AND THAT YOUR EMPLOYER HAS READ AND CONSENTED TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. You may choose not to connect your e-mail account to our system, however, certain parts of our Services may not work.

We collect Personal Information from you when you register for an account with us or pay for our Services. These include your full name, email address, phone number, employer name, position, EasyLeadz username and password, and any credit card, debit card, or checking information. We may also collect any Personal Information you upload through our Service, including contact lists, files and other materials containing Personal Information.

(d) Social Media

Our Website allows you to interact with us on various third party social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. When you choose to interact with us via social media platforms, we may automatically collect additional Personal Information from you. These may include your personally identifiable information list, the profile pictures of the contact list, education, work history, events, relationship status, likes, gender, location, URL, biography, any additional image or information. We may also collect your communications with us through the third party social media platforms.

We also record phone calls and video calls with you. You will be informed about the fact that each call is recoded at its beginning.

We may also collect records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers) with us. With your consent, we may also collect:

  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

4. Your Google User Data

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to the following types of your Google data, the App’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions: The App will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements. The App will not allow third parties to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized. Our Privacy Promise:

  • No one will access, read, or delete your emails.
  • When EasyLeadz connects to your email server, we pull only the minimum amount of information required for our service to function.
  • Our server only stores emails you have sent via EasyLeadz and any responses you received to those emails, so we can detect replies and you can have access to them from the application.

If you choose to connect a Gmail account, we will, after we have confirmed your permission, securely access information obtained from your account. In particular, we may need to access your inbox folder in order to detect replies to emails, that have been sent via EasyLeadz; this is necessary in order to make work the core functionality of our Services work as intended. Our servers only stores emails you have sent via EasyLeadz and any responses you received to those emails, so we can detect replies, classify them and you can have access to them from the Services. Also, we may store your authentication token and account email address. This data will be securely stored in order to be used by EasyLeadz to provide you with the Services (including but not limited to logging in to your account, sending emails via the EasyLeadz platform, accessing emails you sent and viewing replies you received). Under no circumstances will this data be voluntarily shared with any third parties; EasyLeadz would only provide this information to legal authorities upon their rightful request or in the case of an emergency. Should you choose to disconnect your Gmail account or choose to close your account, any information from Google stored on our servers will be deleted permanently.
