All unlimited plans comes with fair usage policy and a daily limit of 175 credits/day to avoid abuse or spam or usage of automated bots for capturing data in bulk

How can I upgrade to a paid plan?

All plans are manually paid , for all plans, you can pay via Credit or Debit Card or Net Banking or UPI through Razorpay via your dashboard

Can I cancel my subscriptions?

Yes once you subscribe to a plan, if you dont pay for renewal your subscription is auto cancelled.

Your credits, if any left, will not carry forward to next billing cycle after subscription is cancelled. It will be valid till end of billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason. We offer a free trial to you with 5 free contacts before you decide to subscribe

What happens if I don’t consume my contacts in a the time period?

If your subscription is active then your contacts will be added to your next cycle. If subscription is cancelled or you dont pay for next cycle for same or higher plan, they wont carry forward to next cycle.

What happens to my unused credits if I cancel subscription?

You will be able to use the unused credits till your subscription ending cycle. If you cancel on 10th and your subscription was supposed to renew on 30th, then you can still use credits till 30th.

Can I downgrade my plan?

You can downgrade your plan anytime. Your credits will not carry forward in case you downgrade your plan, they will only carry forward if you upgrade or continue to use the same plan.

What is accuracy of the contacts?

Will you be giving me the invoice for the payment?

Yes, we will email the invoice automatically after the payment is made both on monthly and annual payment plans. If you would like to have the invoice on your Company Name, then please add your billing information in the dashboard.
