*Is there any limit on Monthly Unlimited or Annual Unlimited Plans
All unlimited plans comes with fair usage policy and a daily limit credits/day to avoid abuse or spam or usage of automated bots for capturing data in bulk. In Monthly plans caps are mentioned in each plan and in Annual Plan Cap is 120 per day.
What happens if I hit my daily limit on monthly or annual unlimited plan?
If you have consumed all your credits in monthly or annual unlimited plans, then you will have to wait for few hours before the next day quota of credits gets added to your wallet for consumption. Your credit reset to zero and fresh credits are added to your account every day at 7 am IST.
What happens if I do not consume my credits in monthly or annual unlimited plan?
Your unused credits on any plans will not carry forward to your next day, they will reset to zero and you will get fresh credit allocated to your wallet for consumption at 7 am IST.
What happens if I consume global contacts, out of India, in unlimited plans?
Monthly and Annual Unlimited plans are heavily discounted and are limited for usage for Indian contacts only. If you use it to find contacts out of India. i.e any international number with country code other than +91, then your account will be paused for 24 hours and will resume only after 24 hours wait time.
Can you unpause my account?
We will not be able to unpause any accounts that are paused due to consuming contacts out of India in the unlimited plans. You will have to wait for 24 hours for the credits to reset.
Can you transfer my account?
We allow ONE admin account transfer maximum, on annual plans. Monthly plans cannot be transferred to other accounts due to technical reasons.
What if I keep getting my account paused?
This means you are continously trying to fetch numbers outside India, in the unlimited plans, in that case we will take this as a abuse issue and give you one intimation about your consumption patterns, and if the pause happens for 10 times, your account will be permanently blocked and there will not be any refunds issued for the pending duration
What is the accuracy assurance on unlimited plans?
Monthly unlimited and Annual Unlimited plans are heavily discounted considering the price sensitivity of Indian Market. Thus, the reporting of invalid numbers feature is not available in these plans. If you need 100% accuracy assurance for Indian contacts, we recommend you to opt for standard annual plans.
I reported invalid number in standard plan, what happens next?
Our team will do automated checks on the numbers, and then do a manual review, if found eligible then we will issue a refund. Turn Around Time is generally 6 to 8 working days.
How many invalid numbers can I report?
We have observed lot of abuse of our excellent feature, thus we have capped the refunds of invalid numbers to maximum of 10% of your total credits you purchase in an annual cycle. If you buy 100 credits in the annual plan, you can get refund for upto 10 contacts, even if you report all 100 numbers are invalid.
I reported a VALID number as INVALID. What happens now?
We have observed lot of abuse of our excellent feature, in order to prevent abuse and strain on our systems, we have added a penalty of wrongly reporting VALID Numbers as INVALID. If you report numbers which are correct as incorrect we will deduct 1 credits as a penalty from our account. If you keep reporting 10 such cases, your reporting feature will be auto disabled.
How can I upgrade to a paid plan?
All plans are manually paid , for all plans, you can pay via Credit or Debit Card or Net Banking or UPI through Razorpay via your dashboard
Can I cancel my subscriptions?
Yes once you subscribe to a monthly plan, your subscription will auto renew until cancelled by you atleast 48 hours in advance via your dashboard.
Your credits, if any left, will not carry forward to next billing cycle in case of standard plans or next day in case of unlimited plans.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason. We offer a free trial to you with 5 free contacts before you decide to subscribe
What happens if I don’t consume my contacts in a the time period?
You are subscribing to use EasyLeadz platform and its features and credits are a part of that subscription. If subscription is cancelled or you dont pay for next cycle, they wont carry forward to next cycle. We recommend using your credits before the last day of your subscription cycle.
What happens to my unused credits?
You will be able to use the unused credits till your subscription ending cycle. The credits do not carry forward to next cycle. They reset to zero in all plans.
Can I buy more credits in current plan?
In case of standard annual plans you can topup credits as per base price of your plan. Minimum topup you can do is 500 credits.
Can I downgrade my plan?
All our annual plans are one time purchase, so there is no downgrade. You can upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference amount. Your subscription validity will remain the same however you get upgraded credit usage limits and users and features as per new upgraded plan.
Can I get API?
API enrichment is available in Annual Growth and higher plans and it is subject to use case approval. By default it is not available to every user. Please contact support@easyleadz.com or your sales representative to discuss your use case
What is accuracy of the contacts?
We are the only tool that provides 100% accuracy assurance* on our contact data, and you pay only for the 100% valid data. You can report incorrect Indian contacts and get your credit refunded for upto 10% of the reported numbers. Complete terms are available here. This feature is applicable on annual standard plans, not on monthly unlimited or annual unlimited plans.

Will you be giving me the invoice for the payment?
Yes, we will email the invoice automatically after the payment is made both on monthly and annual payment plans. If you would like to have the invoice on your Company Name, then please add your billing information in the dashboard. Once the invoice is raised we cannot modify it, so make sure you add your billing details properly and you will be responsible for your billing details correctness.
