The factory set-up is a fully integrated manufacturing facilities capable of designing and manufacturing components for engineering applications. Dietech India is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities which includes 5 axis machining centre (10 micron accuracy), large double column CNC machine with 5 face machining (3m x 2m-25 microns), high accuracy EDM and Wirecut. We are currently into Design and Manufacturing of Die casting Dies for High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting and Gravity Die Casting for Aluminum Components. We are a trusted die makers for automobile sector and work closely with OEM such as TVS, HONDA, MARUTI SUZUKI etc., for their new product development as well as replacement, service of running dies. We manufacture dies for both Domestic and Export market including US and UK since 2005. We have an employee strength of around 350 people with turn over of 80 Cr. in 2018-19. We also have capabilities to design and develop components by additive manufacturing through 3D metal printing, reverse engineering and prototyping. We have all latest softwareu2019s for CAD and CAM necessary for design, simulation and manufacturing which include Creo, Unigraphics, Flow 3D, Geomagic and Tebis. We have also developed an in-house automated software namely Auto Mold Base (AMB) for mould design through numerical inputs. We are equipped with customized ERP ( in-house developed) consisting of Design Data Management, Quality Systems, Project Management along with online customer portal for remote project tracking and supplier portal for data sharing.As a diversification measure Dietech India is planning to manufacture components and sub-assembly for defence, aerospace, railways and develop indigenous capabilities for import substitute with the above facilities and capabilities.
