Or, what I like to call “not-food.” Food are things that grow and spoil, and not-food is all the other stuff. Do pizzas and milkshakes “grow?” No. They don’t. Refined grains, refined oils, and sugar in particular are causing most of this health epidemic.This is where Perfect Keto comes in. Our mission is to help reverse this trend of negative physical health by improving education and access to healthy food, using a ketogenic diet.
