Sapl is a private limited company incorporated in april 2010 having varied capacity in pressure die casting machines from 150 tons to 400 tons. the pdc facility has fully automatic machines from renowned brands like hmt, tbc taiwan, colosio italy & toyo japan. the production facility today is catering to the needs of oems like bajaj, mahindra, piaggio & royal enfield for their products in transmission and engine parts. sapl has also entered into the production of electric parts like motor bodies, cooling fans and led housings for the led manufacturers. we are manufacturing housings of 12 watts to 72 watts in led street lights in full glass and with frame castings. we also provide semi finished and full finished products in led street lights as per the customer demand. sapl is an oem supplier & can process around 120mt of aluminum castings per month. sapl is an iso certified company and practicing tpm, tqm, 5s and six sigma. sapl has its own land & building in chakan, pune. area – 40000 sq. ft. comprising of four bays. additional space is also available for expansion. sapl has a complete machining facility with 20 cnc machines, 4 drill tap spm's, press and trim machine and broaching machines to offer a complete full finish solution to the customer. sapl has a strong and experienced management and technical team to handle critical components in a large volume under the leadership of their managing director mr. anand mahalunkar who is a management wizard. this company is registered in 2010 and its group companies are involved in land development, leasing, warehousing & construction activities. we have an american & japanese group companies with us which have manufacturing facilities in automobile products.
