We have team of 250 employees.Sales Turnover – Rs. 135 Crores / US$ 20 million. An IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 certified companies for "Manufacturing & Supply of Aluminium Alloy Pressure Die-Castings”.We have 3 CNC milling machines. CAD / CAM is done using Unigraphics, Solid Edge,Die – defice & Vericut, softwares. We make about 5 to 6 dies a Month in – house. In-house casting simulation facility is also available.We produce castings weighing from 100 gms. to 10.00 kgs. We have 40 CNC machines which include 24 (VMC) machining centers & 16 turning centers. Finishing / Post Processes :In-house finishing processes are trimming, shot blasting, vibro - deburring, anodizing, vacuum Impregnation & Chromotizing.We also have in-house fully automated washing machine & a dedicated leak test machines for the castings to be leak tested. Subcontracted processes are powder coating, & lacquering.
