We are happy to announce the first edition of tamilnadu marathon 2017, an initiative by tamilnadu athletic association in association with sportzpro. the event is slated on 5th february 2017 in chennai and we are expecting around 8000 to 10000 people to participate. the event will have 4 categories - 42km full marathon, 21km half marathon, 10km & 5km run for the corporate & family respectively. tnm 2017 is aimed to promote health and fitness among all the citizens of the state as well as the country and thus raise funds for various athletic developments in the state. this be the first ever full marathon in the country where the whole state will come together and celebrate the 'spirit of running & good health'. apart from the main event, we will be having 13 big & small events as part of the build up of tamilnadu marathon 2017.
