All our standard and unlimited plan customers on any plan, monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months shall abide by these product usage terms, which may be revised from time to time.
A. EasyLeadz Product Usage Terms (STANDARD PLAN)
A1. Plan Validity & Credit Expiry
A1.1. Validity Period
- 1. Your plan comes with a validity of 3, 6, or 12 months from the date of activation.
- 2. The plan will expire after the validity period, and any unused credits will also expire.
- 3. There is no way to reinstate expired credits or extend the validity under any circumstances.
- 4. If a new plan is purchased, your validity will be activated as per the new plan, and all previous validity will reset to zero.
A1.2. Renewal & Credit Carry Forward
- 1. There will be no carry forward of credits once they expire.
- 2. Users must consume all credits within the validity period of their plan.
- 3. If a new plan is purchased, credits will be allocated as per the new plan, and all previous credits will reset to zero.
A1.3. Credit Topup and Users Topup
- 1. You can buy extra credits during the plan term as per the base price per credit according to your plan. Minimum Top up is 500 credits.
- 2. You can buy an extra seat at INR 7200 per user per year (fixed price).
- 3. The top-up credits and users purchased will also be valid till your account is active.
A2. Reporting Invalid Numbers & Refund Policy
A2.1. Reward for Reporting Invalid Numbers
- 1. We are the only company that rewards users for reporting invalid numbers.
- 2. The chance of finding incorrect numbers (landline, invalid, or out of service) is only 5-10%.
A2.2. Reporting Limit & Refund Eligibility
- 1. Mass reporting is not available. Users can report numbers through dashboard or chrome extension.
- 2. Refunds are allowed for up to 10% of your purchased credits. This ensures no abuse of the system.
- 3. Reporting is only available for numbers fetched via LinkedIn from the India region
A2.3. Abuse Prevention Measures
- 1. Misreporting valid numbers as invalid to get refunds is strictly prohibited.
- 2. A penalty of 1 credit will be deducted for each invalid reported.
- 3. If 10 such instances occur, your reporting feature will be disabled.
A2.4. Review Process & Turnaround Time
- 1. Each report undergoes a manual review process
- 2. Turnaround time: 4 to 6 working days.
A2.5. Plan Restrictions on Reporting
- 1. This feature applies to standard plans only, not unlimited per-day plans.
- 2. After your plan validity expires, you will not be able to report invalid numbers or claim refunds.
- 3. Only active paid users within their validity period are eligible for refunds and to use the refunded credits.
B. EasyLeadz Product Usage Terms (Unlimited Plan)
B1. Definition of Unlimited Credits
- 1. “Unlimited Credits” refers to the ability to manually select and reveal Business Contacts one by one.
- 2. These actions can be performed without a fixed limit, but they remain subject to Fair Use Limitations.
B2. Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Credits
- 1. Excessive usage (e.g., revealing thousands of contacts within a week) will trigger a compliance review to ensure adherence to EasyLeadz’s terms and policies.
- 2. Daily cap: 170 credits per day.
- 3. Fetching contacts with international phone numbers (non-Indian country codes) will result in a 24-hour account pause.
- 4. Repeated violations (more than four instances) will result in a permanent account pause with no refund.
B3. Reporting Invalid Numbers for Unlimited Plans
- Unlike standard plans, refunds for invalid numbers are not applicable.
C. Compliance & Policy Updates
- EasyLeadz may revise this Fair Usage Policy at any time without prior notice.
D. Refund Policy (Applicable to All Plans)
Can I Get a Refund?
- 1. No, refunds are not issued—whether full or partial—for any reason.
- 2. Before subscribing, you can try our service for free with 5 free contacts to evaluate its value.
- 3. Once a plan is purchased, it is considered non-refundable.
E. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
- 1. As per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of India, we are legally required to delete all user data once the service contract ends or if the service is not rendered. Therefore, when your account expires or its validity ends, all associated data of your contacts will be reset to zero within 7 days. We strongly advise downloading and saving your records within this period.
- 2. However, if you choose to continue using our services by renewing or upgrading your plan within 7 days of expiry, we are permitted to retain your data as part of the ongoing service. Please note that any expired credits will not be reinstated, as they are subject to their own validity terms.
- 3. In line with data protection laws, if no renewal or upgrade occurs within 7 days, we will proceed with permanent data deletion from our servers within 15 days of account expiry. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while protecting user privacy.
