DoggieTheApp was founded with the vision to be the one stop solution for all of pet parents needs. The core idea is to help pet parents create a self-sustained eco system that ensures and promotes the well-being of our beloved pets. There does not exist any single source for pets as of now anywhere in India and we are opening up a new market for that. It allows us to get a continuous stream of pet parents who download Doggie through a sms received after each clinic visit. Once they download the app, their profile is already there which drastically reduces onboarding time. Thereon they can see their prescriptions, Book clinic appointments and other services available on the platform. Both our Products, VETolution and DoggieTheApp are free to use and the users only pay for services and products they choose to buy. The services currently include food subscription, home grooming, Vet Chat & Emergency. We are in the process of launching Home Boarding, Dog Walking, Training and Pet Fashion modules. With upwards of 2000 downloads, 14 clinics across Mumbai and more than 300 paying customers within 5 months of app launch, the wheels are already set in motion.
